Especially the Europeans can mostly show an enourmous long list of travelled countries... as all of them are small and close together. I think if someone has travelled a lot in India or even all across USA it is not less impressive...

Heheh. How does one end up in Lebanon by mistake?
![]() ps Yes, you're right of course, Federica, and all readily accessible. Goes to show too by most Europeans' lists here I guess. Anyway, I hope it's not a contest ![]() |

it was a long time ago ,when i was a lad ....The israel/Lebanese border was quiet ,it was just a strip of bulldozed land across the hills .At the time the christian "Phalangists" were in control and they were not at war with Israel and the palestinians were in controlled camps (but you still couldn't cross the border ) Late one night a cunning plan was hatched ,we could cross the border and cop some really good hash .This was already being done by a few people ,and we had heard it was a good earner .Afraid to say we got half way down the hill on the other side of the border when our get up and go got up and went so it was an about turn and abandon the mission .All good fun
