Great photos puchoo! And of course, now that I'm in Delhi, we are all enjoying the cooler benefit of the big rainstorm yesterday and the cool breezes at night! Even Chandni Chowk this morning was pleasant - not too hot in those crowds.
Every cloud has a silver lining!

Bordeaux, France after a nasty windy rainy week, we've got a glorious sunny day at 20° Beautiful! Just cut the grass and attacked some of the weeds in the garden.
can't wait to sit out with an aperatif and watch the sunset.

In contrast, it was cooler than usual for this time of year for Kanpur, thanks to a rain storm yesterday.

I beat my daughter in a snowball fight this morning, she'll get me back when she starts her 'terrible twos'.

Little Mowgli (kitty) approves of the cooler air in Kanpur thanks to the rains, he was starting to suffer from heat stroke last week ! poor kitty...

They do, but only sometimes, and only if you want your baggage to go to Milan .

And I see on the BBC site now; wonderful pictures of snow all over England, including London.

Oh, and then I scrolled back to see sssall's photos here too. Nice pics.

So this year's summer didn't last long for you guys, then? I seem to remeber it was a short period in April last year too

It's a Government plot. If we have a long summer we might want to take time off to enjoy it. Cost of heating has gone sky high so by having a long winter we have to move about and work a lot just to keep warm thereby increasing the tax revenue - It's a Wonderful World!
