Leaving the wonderful clime of Uttarakhand ( although its getting too hot at days here at Bageshwar) and going to scorching heat of the plains.
O mountain gods, give me the strength to face the heat.

Breaking News: The 'Ditch of Weeds' has returned again this year. Woodland angelica the white flower in the background & orange hawkweed in the foreground are two of the most invasive weeds known to mankind - and both alive & thriving in the backyard. 'Chuck & Cammy', the resident Mallard Duck couple, seem to be enjoying the colour though .....

Heatwave in Tel Aviv. I went through four t-shirts today. Leaving Israel for good on Friday after two years here, gonna be somewhat homeless for the next few months at least.

Bangalore remains rainless despite heavy, cool, moisture bearing winds. The weather is great - 25C, but no rains yet :-(

brisbane was good the whole of last week. not too cold. its gotten a lot colder today. 10 deg C as per a website... sounds about right. at one in the morning.

gorgeous weather today which will make me want to spend the day in my gardens -- in 70s, then 50s at night. however for Thursday the prediction is over 100 degrees....typical Chicagoland weather!

Here: Cooler in the nights, and feels a bit better in the days --- but 40C is forecast for tomorrow, and we will have all-day power cut.
