And too warm here too, jyotirmoy.. I keep thinking that cold change has to got to come around again. Heat waves in Australia, iwanttogoback? I well remember those and hated them, and look where I've ended up - same like Lightning Ridge here!!

Jyotirmoy - we also have these low, hovering clouds like rain but nothing happening - they are heading East, coming from Pakistan, so somewhere there will be rain. Wish it was on my garden! Still too mild for this time of the year...really strange.

It's snowing in New Haven, Connecticut. It feels surreal that I was in Kerala enjoying backwaters just few weeks ago. But heck, the snow is beautiful too

Maybe to do with global warming, iwanttogoback. Snow - there's a memory. I love it too which is why I love the panorama of snow-capped Himalayas when I go to the mountains in the 'hot time' here.

8 celsius in The Netherlands
Cloudy, for this time of the year very mild temperature, windy, expecting rain and more wind and temperatures over 10 celsius: no winter weather in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Well settled in my new home at Babenhausen, Bavaria. What a nice and lovely small village it is. Liked it. Surprisingly it's not very cool here at this time of the year. Had expected the worse. Clouds of course. Windy too.
Getting into the car on Germany roads after a 15 hrs flight had made me a little nervous. I do not drive but had a major role in bringing two of us safe by reminding my friend about the left hand drive!! Shifting gears sounded like a real stress point for him. Right had was not quite ready for that job I suppose The drive was a little challenge but taken nicely and solely possible because of the GPS. Cruising at 170KMPH is so freaking easy here. I liked it! ![]() Getting a little dark now....off for a small walk around.

Wow! From Singapore to Bavaria!
I think you should do a thread about it in Chai and Chat: tell us the story. Sounds interesting ![]() Never could face driving on the right (ie wrong!) side of the road --- so I moved to a country where they just use any side .Days are getting warmer here, but was at an open-air concert tonight, and the warm day (and the massive traffic jam getting there) made the evening seem cooler.

Nice photos, Peak! Our cool change has come, definitely the snow on mountains now - thought it was too warm for winter before..
Good luck with that right side road, driving Amyl! I don't think I could manage it!! |
