Hyderabad - very pleasant, mild weather. ideal conditions for a cricket match, i would say ( the first India - South Africa one-dayer coming up on 16th in Hyd ).
Friends in Calicut have been telling me that its been raining cats and dogs there in the last couple of days. The G&R song -- "November Rain" comes to my mind.. |

Chicago, Illinois -- coldest start to a December ever in weather-recording history in Chicago. Tonight will be near 0 degrees (F); that's about -17 (C). Only a scattering of snow.....
Doesn't that sound cozy? Time to throw a log in my fireplace.... BUT ONLY 86 MORE DAYS UNTIL I LEAVE FOR CHENNAI....AGAIN..... ![]() |

Southern California (the OC) - gorgeous, sunny, crystal clear and warm days. Nice enough lie on the beach! But when the sun goes down, it gets COLD! (But not like Chicago, thank goodness!)

Texas coast south of Houston, it's in the high 30's, I don't have the heat hooked up yet and I'm cold. Haha, I'm watching TV with gloves on

San Diego....still praying for a dark and gloomy rainy day, the kind that makes you happy to stay in bed with your tea and a good book. Soooo tired of hot and sunny DECEMBER days and very jealous of the snow in Montana!
I'm headed for UP in a few days - is anyone there? |

Snow and Cold
The Montana weather is cool 6 F (-14C) for the high, just got 10inches of snow yesterday. Eventhough it is cool the sun is out,
no clouds and just beautiful. Great tanning weather if I could just get the hat, gloves and parka off. I wish I could take this cold with me, when in Delhi this summer.Snowball fight anyone? |

We have been waiting so long for rain and it's finally arrived. It's been almost non-stop now for the past week and, according to CNN, it's the most we've had in 80 years!!!! Evidently there's still more to come.
Maybe, sometime soon there'll be full bellies and no more hunger??
