Much colder now with the high today only around the freezing mark. One of the oddities of the Autumn & Mother Nature is that although 99% of the leaves have fallen off the trees - there always remains small, very intermittent groves of deciduous trees that are just now reaching their peak brightness & have only shed but a handful of leaves. I guess it's all got to do with location, location, location.

Cornwall UK , temp about 10c , humidity 100 percent ,rain ,wind ,storms , the time of rot is apon us !! should be thinking of somewhere where the climate will suit my clothes .

Here, the sound of the frogs is just amazing. The deep-note ones sound like motor bikes waiting at the start line of a race.

Looks like you've achieved your connection, Nick - I was never sure whether your sig was about computer, socks, or connections of any sort!

Weather here is finally cooling down, but it's still not what I call winter - more like the average hot summer day in Christchurch, NZ! Bonus however, I no longer use a/c, just a fan and even that goes off in the middle of the night when the cool air permeates the room.

Just back from early morning stroll. Spotless blue sky, golden sunshine, trees filled with fall leaves. A gorgeous day, temp 10'C. Where is winter!
