After heat & dust we had a storm last evening in Delhi... the wind blew in from the north... it was so cool & refreshing... as per met report it may happen again... keeping fingers crossed !!!!!

It's cool and raining here. Had a horrendous bus ride from Siliguri to here last night. Don't do it. Don't even think twice about it! Assam State Transport (just a name, not a Govt. service) bus broke down 4-5 times & driver had 8 mates in the driver's cabin keeping him awake & chatting & generally socialising, with him watching the actual road, a mere distraction!
We'd left our train bookings until too late and had no option, however something to tell the grandkids! Flying Air Deccan back to Delhi April 23rd so hope cool weather continues in Delhi.  |

In Aurangabad at the moment... Bloody hot! Getting a sleeper to Ahmedabad on the 'morrow then a train to Mount Abu... should be cooler there.

Its hot & humid in Mumbai, Afternoon is bloody unbearable with all the humidity add on's...........After sunset the sea breeze is the only remenesance of some coolness in Mumbai.
One cannot feel himself dry at any point of time. |

We are in Varkala beach this morning and the weather is sunny, breezy and about 28c. What a super place to spend a birthday.

Lovely pleaseent weather till now in Delhi & Gurgaon. We had cool breeze for the whole of last night and few drops of rain. Had to switch off the AC last night and morning was fresh and cool.
Lets see how many days this would last..and after that we'd be back to the great Indian summer with hot winds and dust.

Chennai once again.
It was a nice cloudy day yesterday, with rain the day before. The temperatures are not that hot, but the humidityis high, making it feel hotter than it is. In a word, sweaty!

yupe, jus like Vinay says~ in Delhi now it's lovely, the morning breeze is amazing, and i am totally mentally prepared for the Heat Wave, once it hits Delhi, i am going for Vacation kekeke
