Question Where are you now? .... and how's the weather? (part 2)

The old thread was kind of interesting as it provided an easy way to 'check in' and say hello. It was a bit 'long in tooth' and had become a server choker, so will start all over. I thought about changing the second part to '... and what's for dinner ?', but leave things as is. Feel free to tell us what kind of a day you're having, of course!

Rishikesh!

I've been here a couple of days now, resting up from the long flight, train, and taxi trip. Weather pretty warm during the day and evening -- quite a wind down the river in the morning. Quite a few posters still up for Ryan, but unfortunately, no new developments.

A super thalli last night at Chotiwalla's -- if you've ever been to Rishikesh, you will no doubt remember this guy!!

Six hours for me before I go home . The weather outside is overcast, hot and humid - maybe next week we'll get rain seeing the new moon is on its way

Unhappy Raining and stranded

It was pouring like crazy y'day in Bangalore. On my trip home I was marooned in knee deep (or may be more) water with my motor bike. Reached home after 1:30 hrs (while the normal journey time is 30 hrs).

Today it is cloudy not a drop of rain since the Met department announced "Heavy to very heavy rain"

As for dinner I have bread (not in a mood to do anything after being soaked in rain and the slush water).

Trying to harvest our wheat in normally sunny QLD Australia. Why is it that as soon as the headers come out of the shed the rain clouds gather?Lovely rain, very much needed ,thanks to all the Gods and Gurus. Now for some sunny days to get our crop stripped and in the silos.

In Delhi.
Pleasant day & pleasanter night. Evening traffic a nightmare due to approaching Diwali. Have stopped eating sweets as the muck of rancid materials collected over the year will be processed & used. Now no one buys sweets for his/her own consumption mostly for gifting. Young rascals have already started with crackers.
Shall have mutton qualia as the main dish tonight.

Belgium! In the office wondering if anyone will notice if I place all the papers I have on my desk in the shredder. At least the weather is very nice for this time of the year. Sunny and warm!

Looking into set up my own business with an Indian company - which take somewhat of patience. Any one got any suggestions how to speed up matters (=get them to reply to me faster)?

Quite right Cyberhippie and there used to be two of them - one at the real Chotiwala's and one at the fake Chotiwala's. Never did find out which was the real one, as everyone claimed theirs was the real one!
