" I learned a long time ago that there's no sense gettin' all riled up every time a bunch of idiots give you a hard time. In the end, the universe tends to unfold as it should.*"

- Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle.

* this is really only a part of a long dialogue but i love just this one line.

"There is no action without illusion" (Nietzsche) Think about it...

And of course, "It is better to travel than to arrive" (not sure who said that?)

AND, anything Mae West said!
It might be the best of times or the worst of times...but it's the only time you've got!

Since I was given firm reporoof by association on another thread for going off the narrow travel in India focus of the site I would add to this longstanding offence by my motto on another site:

"There is nothing so bad it can't get worse"

From that wondefully existencial sitcom Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman..

"You may not agree with a woman, but to criticize her appearance — as opposed to her ideas or actions — isn't doing anyone any favors, least of all you. Insulting a woman's looks when they have nothing to do with the issue at hand implies a lack of comprehension on your part, an inability to engage in high-level thinking. You may think she's ugly, but everyone else thinks you're an idiot." ~ Hillary Clinton

... Probably a better one than:
Woman: "Sir, you are drunk!"

W. Churchill: "Yes Madam, but tomorrow I will be sober, whilst you will still be ugly."
The old bastard!

The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.

I remember the god's words just before I landed on earth, he said "I promise to keep you away from two curse"...So now I realise he was talking about these two!

Wish I had some inkling of the curses at that time, just celebrated for nothing!

But good thing that I did not ask for removal of any more curse, wonder how that have panned out

What is worse than interacting with a Moron...interacting with an ugly moron!
