Thank you so much. It is really wonderful to watch her flash her smile when everybody congratulates her .

Thanks Klompen.

It is 100% efforts from my daughter and she is reaping the benefits. A little bit of motherly nagging is all I have done till date.

Lots of wishes to your daughter naveena.

It's really wonderful to congratulate a proud parent like you.
Thanks Duronto. A little bit still ecstatic, I am . The successful list is all credit to her efforts.

Good Luck & best wishes for all her future endeavors.
Govt. Law College brings lot of good memories to mind.. did a post grad course there.. not in law though..
Great college and excellent location.
Thanks Shymom. I have conveyed all the wishes which have come her way from IM .

Oh, heartening to know that you were associated with GLC! She did her 11th & 12th from Jai Hind college which is almost adjacent to GLC. All her lecturers and friends are extremely happy with her achievement.

Thanks all once again .

It's taken me some time but I've just learned the definition of an "English person" thanks to Google.

NOTE: Don't try and Google it if you don't like (really) rude words.

EDITED TO ADD: I mean it

What makes me happy, well laugh, is that so many people have got agitated about it, which means they don't actually have an English sense of humour.

Shame, it was funny. It doesn't even get top if you add Wiki to the criteria.

The funny thing is that this broke in mid-December and yet Twitter only got hold of it yesterday, as did I. They say it was a Google Bomb which must mean some group is responsible for doing it; I wonder who?

I don't think I've ever seen a description of how this is done. Oh well, I suppose I should google it!

I was wondering the same. It gets touched on in some of the articles covering this, indeed, something about people redirecting hits to sites back to the Google search engine to appear on top (or something...?), but those articles weren't very technical, and I still can't see how it would be done.

I've little doubt it can be and is being done, btw. There have been some (in-) famous and hilarious cases in recent years. But the how I'm not so clear on. As to why? Apart from internet activism in many an instance, in this case, how's about what in Holland and in many another place I suppose we call a student prank? Or, that classic "just because we can"?

It always seems that a group of people orchestrate the Google Bombing; it must be quite something to achieve. So it makes me wonder who would want to describe all the English as they described, even if some of us are! And how come no-one's claimed they did it?
