Sama, you need to just bite the bullet and move to India!!!! but my students would miss me and I'm not old enough to collect a pension yet....
however, I DID have a dream that I was finally living in India 6 months out of the year with all the hassles and problems that go along with it!

Sama, dreams are very real, you need to listen to that dream! And to your heart, and to your friends! Life is way too short, I say go for it, it is entirely possible. I lost a dear friend/neighbor last week and within a day or two, I decided it was time to finally live the rest of my life while I'm still able to enjoy it. So, what's making me happy right now is I've just put in my bid for retirement, & will know the first week of June and if I get it, it's effective at the end of August. Keep your fingers crossed!

and believe me, I have my plans...one of which does not include India: traveling to Buenos Aires to learn the TANGO!

I like a shopping trip. Usually, Mrs N doesn't.
But there are a handful of young students that she and some friends helps to look after, and today we went on a trip to buy salwar sets for them, and saris for one older one.
I love to spend a couple of hours in one of the T Nagar clothes shops
