What are you doing right now?

I can relate to that. Once my cat was missing for two nights. We put papers with a picture of her all around the neighborhood. She was found two days later by some kids. Well, she's gone for over a year now....
Edit: Just realising this might be misleading. She did not die while she was missing. She died many years later on diabetes.

$350.00 bill from the vet the last time I let the cat out at night. The Doc had to remove another animal's tooth fragment from the back of her head. Not again, when the sun goes down & the nasty varmints/critters come out - the cat comes in.
Did you try rattling it's food dish in the backyear, Nick? Those felines can here that a mile away it seems.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. ~

Thanks for the best wishes. I'm afraid she is still missing.
However, one day does not a lost cat make, especially if it is Saturday-night/Sunday: she could be locked in some place that won't be opened until tomorrow morning.
Still worrying ...
