Vogue arrives in India

One more frivolous purchase...

I sent home a stack of magazines: India Today, Frontline, The Week, Filmafare, Stardust, Trains at a Glance (!) etc...

I found them all a facinating read from pop culture (Hrithik Roshan... ) to current affairs to seeing overseas (luxury) brandnames advertisments. I knew very little about India - no more than what your usual travel guides/media/IndiaMike (!) so I def. found them interesting just to flip through the articules, and to get a more in depth look at the constant negotiation between the tradions and the unstoppable progress.
