varanasi bombings

I hate to bring this up, but has anyone else heard about what happened at the train station, and temple in varanasi? how much damage? annyone here experience it? It is really upsetting to see something like this happen. I just hope that there are no riots afterward.

Me in varanasi now..The situation is very sensitive here..but no riots yet.though the markets remained closed for a couple of days..now its fine..I came here a couple of months back to learn the tabla..and was actually playin the tabla..when the frst bomb went off..normally i go to Dashaswamedh ghat every evenin for a walk except dat day coz my tabla guru had come and i got a call from a frnd and he told that they found a bomb in a restaurant in dasaswamedh.

there had been such incidents in benaras bfor as well..i heard once there was another bomb blast in dasaswamedh ghat but it was published as a LPG cylinder blast..and there were riots in a temple here bfor .

Benaras is such a crowded place that nybody at nytime and come place a bomb and leave unnoticed..even the streets are very narrow..
