US Citizen traced in chennai after 2 years

US citizen Aditya who was allegedly kidnapped by his mother against the US court rules 2 years back was traced in Chennai by CBI. The mother was arrested and produced in the supreme court.

It was a great day for a poor father who was tracing his son for the last two years. He should be overwhelmed with joy.

For more details on aditya visit http://rescueaditya.org/

Aditya is 7 years old and he was not allowed to attend the school for the past 2 years. The mental agony what the child went through should be enormous.

The US airport security staff who let this woman take the child to India should be prosecuted!

Surely the rules say that no parent can take a child out of the US without the permission of the other parent? We have had IndiaMike members who legitimately wanted to travel without their spouse who have had to get permission.

I have a nasty feeling that if it was a man travelling alone with his child, they'd have insisted of him giving proof that the child's mother had given her permission.

What an amazing online effort! It is an odd question how the abduction was managed. So much for security, only good against law abiding residents..

at first glance - looks like a daddy-dearest-hate-mommy site.
the usual dirt-mud-slinging in a divorce gone sour.
i hope the wee boy never chances upon that site. ever.

New twist to this case....

The kid is refusing to talk to the father and he is saying that he would like to stay with his mother.....

Judges are a little confused as to how can they surrender the kid to the father when the kid itself is refusing.

Its Humanatarian judgement against Laws of India....Lets see which one is going to prevail.

Surprised with so many advertisements in Newspapers (even in Mumbai I saw these advertisements), it took 2 years to locate the kid and his mom..

in the fight between parents, the life of the kid is totally spoiled..

Oh yeah,

All four state police (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Andhrapradesh) got a earful from Supereme court.

The Judge Rapped them for not able to trace the kid inspite of the kid studying in a school for nearly 4 to 5 months.

CBI took over and finished the same in a short span of time.
