Need a good company based in udaipur to provide driver for 5 days traveling by road first to jodhpur and on to jaipur?recommendations needed---please help.

I'd suggest that you ask your hotel in Udaipur, which has a reputation to uphold, to recommend a car with driver and the price. We were very pleased with the driver recommended by Kankarwa Haveli for a full day drive Udaipur to Jophpur in November. Hope this helps.

Yes, visited Kumbhalgarh Fort and the Jain Temple at Ranakpur - a very interesting day. I've commented on the trip in a recent post - see attached link

By the way we loved Australia and the Australian people--Brisbane is a nice city-also enjoyed sydney and loved port douglas.Did not like cairnes but enjoyed kurunda.Allso stayed in manley--great.
