translation question
Lately I've been listening to this wonderful shabad called MERA BAID GURU GOVINDA. I was wondering if anybody could tell me the meaning of BAID. Also, if you know this shabad, or the rest of the words, I would love to know.
Thanks in advance! |

Maybe Avidtrekker will be able to help you out. You could send him a PM for more details. Hope this helps.
Cheers, Aadil.

Could this be it? Don't ask me what it means, something about Guru Govinda no doubt but I'm sure you had figured that one out
Google seems helpful but the lyrics for this one seem trickier.http://www.iigs.com/wwwroot_iigs/kirtan.html#M15 -Mera baid guru govinda Har har naam aukhad mukh devai Kaatai jam kee phandhaa -Samrath purakh pooran bidhaate Aape karnai-haara -Aapne daas har aap ubaareya Nanak naam adhaara
