And for raising prices of things or forcing it to stay down because of political compulsions. Ever dealt with ANY indian government organization? - lazy bums all of them. The only reason some of them shaped up in the past few years is because of competition from private companies. Millions of Indians are very entrepreneurial by nature and have the ability and skills to run world class companies if they weren't hobbled by government red tape which is what the Communists and Congress represent. They will lead India back to the days in 1991 when India was in the danger of defaulting on loans and the Indian finance minister had to personally fly gold bullion to London on a chartered Air India flight as a safeguard against default. Indian's foreign exchange balance at that time: 1 billion dollars. Today? 118 billion dollars - watch it go down the drain soon!

This is not a racist issue. Infact, who's talking race here? It's just that Indians have been ruled by foriegners for about a 1000 years, and they don't seem to be too keen to do again.
Another thing that strikes me as being strange is, Sonia married Rajiv Gandhi in late 60s, and only in 1984 (when Rajiv was to be the PM) that she acquired Indian citizenship.
