I am visiting India for the first time in late January 2004. I am a very keen crickerter (if American, ignore the rest of this post)

I am trying to locate the e mail address of Indian cricket clubs in Delhi or in the north of India so I can arrange a game of the "old art." If you can give me a hand I would be in you debt.

I don't think you will have any trouble finding yourself a game. You can find them on most back alleys and vacant lots!

We took a few sets of stumps and bats with us and would just start having a game amongst ourselves. It wasnt long before we'd have a full team of locals playing as well. We gave them the bats afterwards which they really appreciated.

I guess if you're looking for a more competitive match you could try searching the net for a club, but you still probably only need to rock up for a game. They will love to give you a go!
