sleeping at the domestic airport

greeetings all!!

i have to ask more questions and i swear i have done a search. unfortunately, the connection is so slow in the jungle and disconnects so frequently that after one hour of trying i am going to post here.....

what are the sleeping rooms in the domestic airport in dehli called?? can one pre-book?? if you are arriving by train at 10-11pm and catching a flight at 530 am, is this the best option??

sorry, don't know about the sleeping rooms at Delhi airport. but until someone comes along who does, here is a link for a site about sleeping in airports around the world:

There is rooms at the domestic and international airport but you have to have a flight within 24 hours.
tel 25675126 for domestic 250-500 ruppees
tel 25652011 ext 2123 for international

I have no idea what they are like hope this helps!!!

thanks for the advice!!

i called the number and was told it is on a first come first served basis. the procedure is to see the airport manager upon arrival and they will help you to get a room. i will let you know how it turns out!!
