rain in goa and leh?

Would the rain in Leh in any way affect the flights that go to Leh from Delhi, and should it be okay by August's first week?
and also what things are there to do in Goa in the monsoon season?

Rain in Leh, no way (August). However, Delhi is always interesting. Goa can be dull in the off season (didn't miss that). The Goa weather is hard to predict for then. Can be good or bad, Inshallah..

well there was another forum dedicated on the rain/floods in the himalayas, and they told that it was raining in Leh, not only Himachal Pradesh, and everyone was surprised.

Not much to do in Goa during the monsoon other than reading a book or watching the rain come down.
