Quite a few interesting professions….I recon a dialogue in a the novel ‘ The Saga of Dharmapuri’
The ousted king wanders in an alien kingdom with bizarre customs. Someone asks him “…by the way what was your profession?” He says, “Mine was a king’s job.” The stranger exclaims “ interesting. People do so many kinds of jobs to make a living!” |

vasko: I decided to finish my thesis FIRST before going to India! But my thesis is on memory, not indians! I'm curious about what you study--but if it's too painful to talk about, I fully understand!

Nick, in one of my landscaping projects, a housing development estate they dug out a large lake and I had to design and plant out most can't say all of the plants needed to get the wildlife nesting and living there as it was a really nice project but the cold water in NZ made me shift to Aust in 1997.

I'm a concert pianist (went to a musical academy) but work as a part-time SysAdmin person (my other hobby) as there are not many (paying!) jobs for pianists in Korea.

I'm a student in computer science and business administration and work parttime for Siemens as a programmer.
Additionally, as already mentioned by someone other, I'm also a nighttime Hindi student. Next winter term I'll take a Hindi class at university, and I'll even get credit points for my studies ![]() In fall 2006 I'll hopefully have finished my master thesis and then I'll move to India for some time, either employed by an IT company, or 'self-employed' ![]() |
