Hey Midnite Toker,
I found a book I think you may be interested in.

Take a look at the name of the person who wrote the review

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0802138977

There is a good review for the book at Salon;

Thumbs up Thanks, Barry!

...the aromas include "woody," "spicy," "earthen," "pungent," "chemical" and "vegetative..."

I've always thought those wine snobs, having created something from nearly nothing (I mean, I've made wine myself at home - you have do a lot wrong not to get some sort of wine from some soggy grapes in a crock), wanted to protect their "art" by bending the language to describe it. Let's turn the tide in favour of weed!

Reading the review of the book, I wanted to travel to some of the places Brian Preston is mentioned as visiting, as well as get "baked" myself. I'll look out for the book locally.

Thanks for the heads-up, Barry: I think you must have been doing a Google search for "Midnight_Toker" to get to this one, eh? Beware of imitations, my handle's spelt without the gh!!

I could come up with some lame excuse like, I was looking around at salon.com, and I found this book review and I checked it on amazon then blah blah blah blah

But that would be rather lame and you know I was making it up. The truth is I am CIA, and I am looking for your stash.

Anyways, I've gotta get to the library...

can green be legal?

is there a possibilty for legal green and getting baked without a paranoi? i have been in circles with supposedly the greats of my country. i have always suspected this bending of language for upkeeping the purity from addiction. how far has it gone as the culture seems to be pretty old.
