| please help! hi everyone, i need some help very quickly, im leaving for mcloed ganj by bus from delhi this afternoon, arriving in the small hours and im trying, deperately, to book a cheap room. im having trouble finding the correct numbers to call. is the std code 01892? or is it 0071? everyone is telling me different things, then im not sure if the numbers are correst in the lonely planet ( latest addition). could somone please spell it out for me! time is rumnning out!!! thanks a ton michelle |

| 01892 is the STD code of Dharamshala..as per the STD director I have which is a 2004 directory ..your trouble could be the ph. no changed..as the no of digits in most has been increased and in most cases by pre-fixing '2' to the old no. so try 01892 - 2 and then the no. of the place u r trying to reach i hope this helps Ashish |

| The STD code 01892 is correct. The Tel. nos. of a few budget guest houses at Mcleodganj(from LP's latest edition): Kalsang Guest House - 221709 Loling Guest House - 221072 Green Hotel - 221200 Om Guest House - 221313 Snow Lion Guest House - 221289 Good Luck !
