Phones: cost per min from India to Canada
How much does it cost to call Canada from a large city in India, using the STD/ISD booths? Is it 10 rs or more like 3 rs?

Yes, it would be rupees 10 per minute. That;s the cheapest you would get using normal telephones. Also, Airtel (available in limited areas) has better call quality and no lag unlike the major player BSNL. BSNL offers call cards too.

Dunno about STD/ISD booths, my telephone company charges me Rs 7.20 per minute. So Rs. 10 for the booth should be a good estimate.
