Go watch if Messi is playing Nycank. a beautiful exponent of the game.....

Some scoff at footballers..Even me

BUT

Simple test, take a tennis ball with the palm of your hand try and keep the tennis ball in the air..Gets to be hard after a while don't it but you can usually manage a few dozen ...Professionals of most sports could keep it in the air from here to eternity, given some short practise we can all keep it in the air for a while.

Now take said tennis ball and try to keep it in the air with your feet, you can use your head too, or your chest.....

Now after you've found the tennis ball, under the couch, in the dog's basket, lampshade, plant pot or in the tangle of cables behind the TV (causing your channel break up)
You'll see it's pretty difficult, for soccer players add another 7-8 gnarly characters trying their very best interrupt that hand to eye coordination, doing it at speed, all the while looking for that pass that will split the other team....

It's not too easy is it!!!!!

Many sports equal footie but those factors are a reason we still wonder at the permed gladiators of today's football circus Nah

Day one: Total disappointment - CZE put no effort. Not arrived. Not that RUS played a superior game.

Expect both greeks and the poles to convert a yellow into a red What was that about ? The Czech did not show up. anyways....

Day Two: I take Dutch over Denmark, over under 4. Germany over Portugal over-under 3.

Day Three: Spain Italy pick, over under 3; Croatia Ireland pick Over-Under 3.

Pol-Gre was a borefest for me.
I was wondering if all the Poles from German side plied their trade in Polish side, it would be quite a team.

Yeah the Greek red card was one of the poorest decisions I've seen. Actually I didn't feel either challenge merited a yellow, or even a foul to be honest.

"Howard Webb is refereeing, he could slot into the England squad easy – a reasonably good performance, nothing spectacular and he missed a penalty. Probably be the only Englishman left in the tournament after the group stages"

Making it a incredible 82 for the season, that's one record that won't broken in a hurry...

Not looking good for The Netherlands, blood and guts against Germany or a early exit.
