New long term visa for 16 countries announced

Today several newspapers wrote that 16 countries will be granted long term visa. The newspapers only said Germany, Japan and some Scandinavian countries and that US, UK and Pakistan are excluded from the list.

Does anybody know which other countries are included on the list?

In any case I think it is great news that there is at least some movement on the visa front.

As an American, I can already get a 10 year tourist visa!
