i'm interested in the natural/sustainable bit. but not sure if spiritual will fit into my mission statement which already has a fair bit of space devoted to "creating the best cocktails in SE asia"

frankly, I would LOVE to do something like that....in the future....but I need to visit more of South India before I decide
