Nadi reading

My aunt is a bit into this esoteric stuff and when she heard that we'll be going to India and Chennai especially, she suggested that we go to the palm leaf library there for a nadi reading.

Does anyone know anything about this? Or has even done it?

I have no idea what to expect. As a civilized westerner I do not believe in things like that. But if they tell you detailed stuff about the course of your life and dates and the like, as they apparently do, I don't know if I want to go even if I don't think it true. (Yeahyeah, not very logical I know, but somehow I think you'll remember whatever you're told at the reading even if it's just in the back of your head.)
