monthly meet ups
Hi !!
Am just thinking aloud ..... Can we freeze on a particular day of the month and a venue for the meet ups. As these are becoming regular. The advantage to this would be that every time one would'nt need to hunt for a location or ask for the dates.Plus the travellers will know where to go & what time to reach. On a later stage when the numbers go up change the venue...... I would say the first Saturday of the month........ Comments invited......and may be we can decide on the date and venue........ Enjoy |

If you want to ensure maximum attendance, then fixing a date will not do.
The dates on which maximum interested travellers land in Delhi and make themselves available for the meet will differ each month. The venue can be fixed.
