Hi there, Folks:
Once again the call of India sounds in my ears. This time I would like to go to the Himalayan region that is north of Delhi and over towards the western border of Nepal. It looks like I will have to go in June, however, due to work. Can anyone tell me when the rains generally begin up in that area? If the monsoon doesn't really get rolling until after the middle of the month, I might get away with it. Comments and advice much appreciated. Thank you all........... |

The normal date of arrival of the monsoon in the areas you are planning to visit is the second half of June, but of course this is just an average - could be earlier, could be later.
