leaving on sat..any last minutes suggestions?
Hello All,
First thanks for all of the advice so far.
I am leaving in 3 days for Delhi!
I was wondering if anyone had any last minute sugestions, such as packing or any general suggestions or comments. I will be in Delhi for 9 days then coming back. I will be attending my brother's wedding.
Wish me luck!
Thanks
John

Good luck John !
Is it necessary for you to spend all 9 days in Delhi ? Why don't you visit some hill-station like Lansdowne or Nainital or Kasauli for three days or so?

Have a safe flight and enjoy Delhi! :-)
This just came to mind.
Should I bring cash with me or just use my debit card when I get there?
and will I be able to use ATMs there?
THanks so far everyone!

4. Repeat these six words as your mantra: "It's all part of the adventure."
5. Luxuriate in the overload stimulation of your senses.
6. Have a wondrous time!

You could take some cash and change it at the airport. It's a pretty fast transaction. You should also be able to use your ATM card in Delhi and your brother's new family will certainly know where to take you to find one.
Be sure to come back and post some pictures, and give us a full report on your adventure - including what present you decided to bring back for your girlfriend!
