july, north or south?
Hi all, hope you can help decide an itinerary...
on July 10 my girlfriend and I will start a 2 week trip from Bangalore. We had decided to stay in South India, Mysore - Hassan - Kerala, then fly to Mumbai to catch our flight to Europe. However now we are considering changing completely: golden triangle in 3 days (maybe skip Jaipur), then train to Shimla and on to some hill station. Part of this is because the monsoon seems strong this year and Kerala very wet. Also, we'd love to see the Himalayas and we don't know when we'll have a chance to be in India again in summertime. It's our first time in India, time is running a bit short and we need to make a decision. What would you do? (we realize these are two very different plans) |

You can do Delhi - Agra - Varanasi and then move down to Madhya Pradesh : Mandu, Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar.
