How Many Indian States?

I'm trying to get a little game starting over here, propelled by curiosty. I was wondering how many Indian states, all you IM'ers have been to? For you to actually "stay" in a state, you must have spent at least a night in that state, so it doesn't count if you were on a train, plane or car while in that state. States like Jharkand, Uttaranchal, etc, you had to stay in them after they were created.

For me, it's kind of pathetic, because I know most of you guys on the forum have been to much more.

Three - Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi.

I started this production a while ago directing the show myself.

Cast, in order of appearance.....

Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Goa, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi, Assam, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh......

A new director came onto the scene in late 2006 and Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh were forced to pull out of the production.

But the result was still "The Greatest Show On Earth".

Thumbs up Never Counted

Like others I'd never bothered to count. Here goes.

Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmire (Ladakh), Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal. 13 states!! I've passed thur a few other by train but I didn't count them.
Still a few to go though!! It was intesting to add them up. I would never have bothered otherwise. Thanks NSWman.
Regards

Russell

That's all?? Wow, I still have a lot of ground to cover....
on the WannaSee List: Orissa, Arunachal, Kashmir-Ladakh, Nagaland, Manipur, MP (Khajuraho, Orccha), Rajasthan.
