30 days to go. Came back on 17th December and cried most of the way home. If only I could get that lottery win and and jack in work, I would be very happy.
Re the taxi. I paid 550 rupees in December from Calangute so I would guess that Vinod is right with his guestimation of a fare to Arpora.

Transport in Goa

The long-term problem is that Goa lacks a decent public transportation system. It is one of the few destinations that has virtually no public transportation (or bus service) linked to its airport.

done with Goa this time Gokarna

3 days and i will be in hot spot Gokarna at Honey Beach like 4 hrs from Goa
fromlast 2 weeks no party in Goa so people are moving to Gokarna for a gathering its a Rave gathering organised by French people who have struggled to ge the permission.This is a Hippe party and will meet people from all over the world expecting atleast 500 people every day and great line up of Artist ( DJs) from around the world.If any one wants to join meet me in Gokarna and may be MEET then call on 09820290422

definatley people visit the arpora market on Sat evening its a world gathering for food lovers and shoppers from road side junk to designers art.

Well Davey I expect you to arrange everything for me and have a nice hot glass of Chai in your hand when I see you. Where are you staying in Mumbai? Use pre-paid taxis from the Airport to Colaba (350 Rupees).

prepaid taxi from Dabolim to Arpora should be Rupees 700-800, I've paid from Dabolim to Panjim Rupees 550
