8 weeks today till my first trip!

going today! 19.15 from Gatwick - not lookin forward to getting on the plane but can't wait to get off at the other end!!

First trip to Goa hope it's as good as everyone on this site says it is.

When you get off the plane onto the tarmac move as fast as you can,(even run) to the terminal, theres always long queues build up there especially if a few planes land within the hour. Every person you get in front of saves you at least 5mins getting through immigration.

My visa arrived at 9:30am today - I fly to Mumbai at 9:30am tomorrow!

Know that was tight!! waiting for my visa but have anough time for a plan "B" .Just checked a calender and it's about 6 weeks till we hit the heat.

I wanted to travel on the 15th, but the visa took over a month!

So I booked a flight as soon as the visa arrived.

I will arrive in Ooty just in time for my parents' 55th wedding anniversary party!
