holidays and fairs in India
Hey all,
We are gonna be in India in the Bombay to Goa strech from Sept 25 to Oct 25th. We are trying to find out about holidays and fairs that are happening during that time. Can anyone recommend a site or have any info to help us. Thanks Disa |

Navratri, the festival of nine nights culminating in Dussehra on the 10th day, begins from October 4 and ends on October 12. Better witnessed in Mumbai than in Goa. If you can postpone your departure by a few days, then you can also witness the all important Hindu festival of lights, Diwali - from October 30 to Nov. 3.
