Full Circle!
I Started off as an engineering machinist but couldn't really 'connect' with it so went on the Hippy Trail first to Morocco and then to India!
 Drifted back to engineering and eventually did an Engineering Degree! I now work in the "Centre for Advanced Joining" at a University in England. I do prototype and "one off" jobs (cutting, welding) on Lasers! I also do some work in their traditional workshop! However, I prefer to spend most of my working day on IM! Hi tech engineering has become boring after the initial learning curve! Next year I am finishing work and going to India, this time, barring visa necessities I have no plans to return to the West! Anybody ever felt they were completing a circle?  |
