Hey, does anyone know if the money exchange counter at the Mumbai International Airport offfers a good exchange rate?

most money exchange centers are govt run or govt controlled and will give you (more or less) the same exchange rate.

There are many different companies and almost all of them offer a different rate and different schemes so worth checking them all out if you want to exchange a lot of money but otherwise for small change it is alright to get it done at any of the counters. At the Mumbai Airport Terminal 2A and 2C (for arrivals) it is the State Bank of India counter so it is a government operated bank with a fixed rate. In the Departure area there are a few other companies as well. There are a few other exchange offices in the city that may offer a better rate sometimes but not too much of a difference so it does not really matter too much. Hope this helps.
