The argument for just eating all the cows to solve ALL the problems (what problems?) in India especially would be ridiculous. A loss of fuel, loss of agricultural land, loss of transportation, loss of manure on the road, loss of traffic delays ...

Otherwise, Tigers are very endangered & you'd be lucky to even see one in one of the other tiger protected National Parks.
