Other than Spectrum Placement can anyone out there recommend placement services? I'm looking generally for Bangalore. Thanks in advance.

Trainers
Why dont you try logging into the websites of international call center's like Accenture, Aol, convergis, Dell etc etc etc which have offices in bangalore and check their recruitment column in india. You can find many jobs for trainers.
