Okay, we know that India suffers from corruption, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has launched a campaign against corruption and various states are doing something about it, thinking about doing something about it and looking like they are thinking about doing something about it.

So here is a challenge, which is in your considered opinion the least corrupt state that you know of?

Thumbs up

usha is right - corrupt, more corrupt and most corrupt. when politicians in collusion with goons come into power, corruption engulfs the whole society. there is no escape - we have to grin and bear it.

That could be too easy being the most corrupt, not much of a challenge.

Okay so to help out a little, being a non corrupt person, if that is the case, where would you feel more content, what state would suit your temperament, on the corruption scales.

We have to live somewhere, so we have to make a choice. What is yours?

I choose Kerala, though I don't know much about its politics, besides that communism is popular there and demonstrations happen from time to time. I love its nature.

in my opinion andaman and nicobar, being tiny and far away from the center of power, should be the least corrupt. next would probably be pondicherry.
