Booked me tickets yesterday!!
Heading to Delhi on March the 1st to spend 4-5 months in India, then on to Bangkok to spend another 4/5 months travelling around Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Malaysia. Can't wait!!
I'll be visiting Dharmsala and all around Himachi Pradesh, also want to check out Taj Mahal in Agra, Varansi and am looking for tips on other places. I was considering Goa aswell. Also has anyone been to Sikkim and what's it like? |

You'll be in India at the hottest time of the year, so don't try to do too much. And I don't think you'll find much company in Goa at that time of the year...
June, in Delhi, it can be 35C+ and the humidity is about 98%, so spend as much time as possible in the mountains. |

There has been a fire in McLeod Ganj with some shops and Hotel Kailash burned down near the town center according to a friend who is staying there now.
