Enough MeCasa While it is good to see that you had the sense to delete your inflammatory posts, I think it is time you stepped back from this thread and mind your attitude and manners. Consider this a warning.

edit: I have deleted your other posts as well as oldhippie's -- you guys can duke it out with pms, but do keep it out of public threads.

acid trip to death

there was a news form some foriegn journalists that more than 50 peopel missing every year in Kulu alone
local authorities send search parties and they found body or people who has not been even reported as missing .
many used to go to the mountains to have an acid trip in full moon days and never return and not even reported, body maybe scavengered by animals or disapeared in deep trenches.

Sadly this happens in Goa as well. Kulu and Manali have been notorious for missing backpackers since the mid-late 80's.

Jesus, this is someone's life we are talking about here.
It doesn't matter whether someone is white, black, pink, green, or blue every life is precious.
I just can't believe some of the flippant and downright offensive comments on this thread regarding this young man's disappearance.
Tonylittle is right, this guys has family and friends that love him and must be feeling terrible, what we don't need is comments that make it worse.

I desparately hope that the lad turns up safe and well.

Past threads like this have offered nothing but support and good wishes, this one should be the same.

MeCasa: This is a forum about travel and travellers and that is the reason that this situation has come up. It is even possible that one of our members may have run across this guy and could add some information -- don't you find it interesting that a friend of the missing person found our forum and is posting.

Again, you are not being helpful and I have already requested that you step back from this thread. thank you.

I didn't know about the friend coming here. My anger over the personal attack has clouded my posts and as I said above, if I was in the area I would help search and that's the truth.

I wish the lad my best and feel for his family and friends

Sadly, this thread will have to be closed, there are too many posts already deleted, may we all hang our heads in collective shame.
