Another crash!

I got this warning this morning as I attempted to view the news on CNN. What do you think it means? Should I switch to the Linux operating system?

MT, you obviously have not upgraded to the latest version of Windows yet. That appears to be the problem. You must have the latest, greatest and highest technology tools at your disposal or else you will always get shut down. With the latest weapons and tools at your disposal, you too will believe that it's simply impossible to perform an illegal operation, and you will probably never get shut down. In fact it will be programmed to never do anything wrong -- computers never make mistakes. See, you need to have lots of money and constantly upgrade to keep one step ahead of being shut down.

Incidentally, and as a bit of an aside...

I note that France has the oldest (out-of-date) computer cryptography laws of any developed nation. I read about a US Senator today who proposed that France businesses not be allowed to quote on technology/telecommunications infrastructure for the 'liberated Iraq', if there ever will be such a thing -- because they were clear on veto'ing any use of force against Iraq. From the warning you received above it appears the two are related.
