These are another sets of wonderful picture straight from the foothills of heaven North Sikkim. The picture of Mt Kanchengyao in the backdrop of the hut is simply outstanding, So is Gurudongmar. You raised my urge of heading to North Sikkim.

We will meet again...
I never wanted to write a part of this last day experience- I never wanted to had any bad experience and that too in the very last day, I never wanted to come back after the wonderful 11 days, I never wanted to bid adieu to the beautiful Kanchen, I never wanted to bring myself out of these wonderful smiles-but I had to .
After departure of Sagar we met with an excellent hill-lover Saikat-da and his wonderful family. We heard nice stories and their experience of visiting Kinnur and places in the Uttarakhand.
Last evening had again offered us a skyful of stars – a promise from Mt K that she will meet us again this morning. I had a long chat with Subrata-da(Mr Sarkar) and noticed the love and passion he is having about the hills.
It was still very dark outside , I waked up at 5. At 5:20 , I have called both Utpal and Soumya . Soumya was awaked , and got the reply from Utpal-“ What is the fun in watching the same thing everyday?”- I understood he is not in a mood to wake up early today. Mt K didn’t disappoint me today. I was in awe to watch its changing colour , As always Soumya was busy with camera in his hand.
After having tea , we started packing our luggage and get ready for NJP. Everyone was upset , that tomorrow onward there will be no Kanchenjunga with us , whose charm will inspire us to wake up early. We had our breakfast by 9:30.
Yesterday while coming back from Kaluk , I had booked two Xylo from the only travel agent located at Kaluk Mr Binod Gurung(9474650161/9647878564). Two drivers Passang and Dinesh were ready with there brand new Xylo. And then started our worst experience in Sikkim.
Even after requesting them multiple time they didn’t stopped the car before NJP station , not even for our lunch. We had word with Binod bhai that they would switch on the AC of the car after Teesta Bridge , and no surprise to me they didn’t , and started asking for Rs 300 extra. We were welcomed with heavy drizzle in the plain , and surprisingly they didn’t had anything to cover our luggage from getting wet. I would never recommend either of these driver even though I would recommend Binod Gurung.
Finally we reached NJP station at 4:00 PM.
I was wondering how quickly the things change- till today morning it was early morning alarm in my mobile phone , from tomorrow onwards it will be all hassles and busiest schedule. Till today(Since last 10 days) the only job of my life was to wonder by watching the beauty of the nature, tomorrow onwards it will be different altogether. I will miss you Kanchen, I will miss Sikkim and I will miss the innocent smiles. But promise to meet you soon, will find you at the end of a rainbow – from the same places or slightly different.
Sikkim has offered me wonder of nature and people with every turn of the road in each different places. And to me there couldn’t be any better wonderland than this.

Excellent write up Mithun,great.
Vinod Gurung is only car operator at Kaluk. So any body wants to hire car has to contact with Gurung. We also took car from Mr Gurung. But I am getting surprised that how this type of misbehavior is possible with their guests..I experienced very good behavior from him and also from our driver during our Sikkim trip (took a Bolero for 5 days)our driver kept every word of us, and we gave him an extra amount as Bakhsis. So we must be careful from these two drivers.
