sarkar9057, what is the name of the hotel in your pictures?

Indeed this is a great thread. I had little or no interest in staying in Mandarmoni because I like the festive mood in Digha more (Old Digha market in the evening). I had an impression that apart from Rose Valley and Debraj there were not much options for staying in Mandarmoni and the place would be eerie at night. This thread enlightened me and now I want to stay in this wonderful place. This thread was started by DJ and other great people in IM added the jewels and made it gorgeous. Thanks a lot guys, all of you.

the hotel is "Priyajeet", a descent hotel in Mandarmani.

Mandarmoni 2010

I spent few hours at Mandarmoni in 2010. I am trying to upload few images, my first time at IM. Pardon my faults.

I have attached these images and hence could not add any caption. How can I add some text between images? If I upload the photo in IM Gallary and get the image link, how can I use those links in the post? Any help is appreciated.

Nice photos... but why the crab tied????

I'm quoting an expert here :

"1. upload the pics in picasa
2. from picasa open the pic to upload >> right click >> properties >> copy the url
3. click "insert picture" , paste the url >> click ok

preview it and it is done..... is it working ??"

Two young boys were carying few 'tied up' crabs, when we reached the place (mohona) they brought the crabs to us so that we can take some pictures
