Transportation Rates per km (or per mile)

Hello, can some people who know about these different locations and their typical transportation cost rates (either taxi or autorickshaw) give me some quick estimates for these particular places? I'm going to be traveling to each of these areas, and I want to be able to estimate rates based on Rs per distance so I can estimate how much I should have to pay when I go from one point to another within a city or between two cities/towns (listed below).

I don't know why there isn't some kind of regularly updated list on here already, just to show legitimate transportation rates for towns in India... but since I'm going to be doing almost all solo traveling, I really need to know this.

What are the fair taxi or auto-rickshaw fares in these locations (Rs per km or mile)?:

within Mumbai
within Jodhpur & between Ossian
within Jaisalmer & between Khuri
within Bikaner
within Jaipur
within Agra & between Fatepur Sikri
within Khajuraho
within Varanasi
within Amritsar
within Delhi

If you have info on any of these, if would be a MAJOR help.
