I hope it isn't goingg through any pristine natural areas that will be destroyed for an adrenaline rush.We got plenty of Yahoos here in the States that have ruined beautiful natural areas for a quick cheap thrill!

oooweee!!
I sure wish I could sign up. I love rickshaws. Unfortunately, I'm definitely too old and not hardy enough for such a trip. But I hope your website follows them along so I can vicariously enjoy their pain . Not to worry Ananda... I don't think there is much chance of wrecking pristine nature in a rickshaw since they are not equipped to go "off road" like the high powered, polluting, horrible "fun machines" we have in the US which are destroying everything they ride on. I guess the worst thing they do is give off toxic fumes and break your eardrums. Our most recent trip to India in Nov. we were happy to take several rickshaws that seemed to run very well and were pretty quiet and not as polluting. Must have been new.Are they Bajaj's? Can I recommend to all those hardy adventurers a good supply of high quality ear plugs. The price of going deaf would be a bit too high for this fantastic adventure. Good luck everybody!!! I'm really jealous. |

That looks like great fun ..... would it be recommended to get any existing dental fillings strengthened/riveted/super glued before signing up?
