Rent a bike in Rishikesh?

Hi all !

I want to take the train to Hardwar and rent a bike there or in Rishikesh...any recomendations?

No idea, but why don’t you rent the bike in Delhi. It has more choices to offer than Rishikesh would, if you don’t want to ride on the UP highway you can always send the bike by train or truck to Haridawar or Rishikesh

I haven't seen any proper bike rental agency in Rishikesh, but it is not impossible to hire one. Ask around in restaurants or internet centers where tourists hang out; some one will be able to find a bike for you to rent. As Yogesh said, you won't have too many choices to make.

Such rental bike will usually have all the papers for owner's use, but renting it out would not be legal. Try at the Green Hotel near Parmarth Niketan.

I rented a bike with the help of a travel agent for 300 a day. Not the best deal but there you go!

sorry i m late to post. but it will help many othrs

to rent a bike go to Mr. Ranjeet, his no. is 9897548171 , he deals with bike rental in Enfields. Enfields are good in condition sound ngine. rent is reasonable. discount for long term hire. his shop is at laxman jhula road . near gurudwara hemkunt saHib. rishikesh. i used his royal enfield bullet electra. milag was more than 38 km/ltr. i took it to mussoori, tehri, dhradun,
